Hitting

I will be talking about batting which can be really hard if you don't do it right. The picture above shows a great batting stance because he has his eye on the ball and has his bat off his shoulder ready to swing. When batting you can bat in either box right hand or left depending on your dominant hand. When the pitcher throws the ball watch the ball until it comes off your bat, some teens/children will just swing carelessly and strikeout because they will just swing randomly. It also will help a lot if you watch baseball on TV almost every player has there on the ball and has great stance. the link below will help a lot if you have any questions. http://www.baseballtips.com/articles/hitting-simplification/

Fielding positions

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baseball_positions

The link above will show you the positions in the field 1 is considered the pitcher he's job is to strike out the batters by throwing different types of pitches (curve, slider...) he has the hardest job on the field. Number 2 is the catcher he catches the pitches made by the pitcher he also gets can thrown it when a runners stealing to get him out its a very tough for newcomers. The next position is number 3 the 1st basemen, is a what from 1-10 on difficultly scale can be a 7.5, it's a position in which not many grounders come to you but a hit to the shortstop you got to be ready for the throw, you also cannot be lazy if it's not a good throw to you you have to stop it or else the runner could advance to third l. I'm going to do the remaining positions later on.

Baseball basic

Baseball has been around for a very long time and really fun to play and learn. Baseball is played with 9 players and a batter. There are four bases and mound, the batter is trying to get around all the bases to earn a run. There are many different rules and positions and I will continue to post different rules and basics to the game of baseball.
