I will be talking about batting which can be really hard if you don't do it right. The picture above shows a great batting stance because he has his eye on the ball and has his bat off his shoulder ready to swing. When batting you can bat in either box right hand or left depending on your dominant hand. When the pitcher throws the ball watch the ball until it comes off your bat, some teens/children will just swing carelessly and strikeout because they will just swing randomly.
